Festival City man granted bail for allegedly wounding security guards

He explained that there was an altercation with the security guards and others when they (security guards) were struck.He noted that Duncan was wrongfully identified and is not the person who was involved in the incident.However, Police Prosecutor Arvin Moore revealed facts which stated that the accused reportedly carried out the act.As such he objected to bail being granted based on the seriousness of the offence and the penalty attached.Bail was granted in the sum of $80,000 each for both offences and Duncan is expected to return to Court on March 26 2018.
