Whatever we do as a group; Youth on a Mission; we always do it for the glory of God. Its not going to be a talent show or just a performance, it’s a night of ministry,’ says Mrs Leblanc.Member of the group, Mrs Dorcus Francis Simon says a number of well-known gospel artists and groups are expected to grace the stage on that night.‘We are going to have artists like Sernel, Brothers of Destiny, the Rhythm Dancers, the Dream Team and other gospel groups’, says Simon.Funds collected from the event will go towards critical projects spearheaded by the Youth on Mission group in collaboration with the Loubiere Village Council.‘‘Last year we were able to give a young lady a scholarship to attend secondary school, so funds will go towards the scholarship fund. We also want to teach our young people to serve; to be servants, so we will be partnering with the Loubiere Village Council to do a beautification project. We are going to paint the wall and put the six character counts and it will also assist the many other projects undertaken by the group,’ says Leblanc.Tickets for the concert cost $5 for children 11 and under and $10 for persons 12 and above, and can be purchased at CLC Bookstore in Roseau or from committee members. One of the highlights at the concert will be a testimony from a 14 year old.The event is scheduled to begin at 8pm sharp!Dominica Vibes News 35 Views   no discussions Tweetcenter_img Share Sharing is caring!
